Delivery

Shipping and Handling

Standard delivery is offered free of charge for any regular priced bag order*.

  •  Shipping with Purolator 2-4 labor days – with tracking number -WITHOUT signature** request

  • OPTIONAL with a small additional cost: Shipping with Purolator 2-4 labor days – WITH signature request and tracking number.

*Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice and will have applicable taxes. All details will be indicated when making your payment.

** IMPORTANT: You are responsible for recovering the package upon delivery. This is done at the address you provided when you purchased and NOT at community mailboxes, because Purolator does not have access to them. If you are not on site during delivery, the delivery person will leave your package in a safe place. You can leave a customer note during your PURCHASE for specific instructions to give to the delivery company or make sure to provide an address where a person will be there during delivery.

*** If you prefer to receive your delivery WITH signature, you must select the option “Delivery WITH signature” during the purchase process and a fee of $ 3.00 + tx will be added to your order. In this case, if you are not on site during the delivery, the delivery person will leave a card with the recovery instructions at your door. You will need to contact them to make arrangements as soon as possible and collect your package within 5 business days.

Multiple shipping addresses

You can only provide one shipping address each time you place an order. If you shop for people with different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Delivery delay

Online purchase orders are processed for shipping purposes once payment and product availability are confirmed. If the items are not in stock, the delivery time will be extended by a few days. In case the product is available, your order will be processed for shipment within 1-3 labor days. Delivery is usually made within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). However, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to remote locations. At all times, Bagasak™ can not be held responsible for non-compliance with posted delivery times. Also make sure you’re at home when Purolator delivers your envelope, or make an arrangement with them to pick up the shipment at one of their local facilities.

If the item is not received because the address you provided to us was incorrect, and the item is returned to us by the postal service, we will charge you for shipping. The item will be credited to you when we receive it. We will contact you to inform you that we have received your package.

National and international expeditions

We ship everywhere in Canada & USA. Unfortunately for the moment, we are unable to accept other international shipments or to proceed with them.

Returns

No refund.

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If there is any manufacturing defect with the product, please contact us at service@bagasak.com within 10 days following the shipment of the product. Please include details about the defective item and the following information as the email subject :

  • 1-The number of your order

  • 2-Write “Problem with the bag”

This must be returned in its original state and be unused.

ALWAYS contact us before returning a product.

Make sure you make the right choice when ordering. If however you change your mind after receiving your Bagasak, we will be happy to exchange it. (GOOD TO KNOW: In this case, all the shipping costs of the Bagasak to be returned are the responsibility of the customer.) 3 steps to do:

1-Contact us within 2 working days to let us know your request.

2-After having made an agreement with us, make your new purchase online (which we will send you under the usual conditions and deadlines)

3-Send us back at your expense the Bagasak you no longer want (in its original state). When we receive this Bagasak, we will refund the amount of your purchase by subtracting the shipping costs from the first delivery ($ 10 + taxes).
